Our mission
To give property managers one dependable point of contact for the work their portfolios require — and to run that work with the organization, follow-through, and documentation the industry usually lacks.
Johnson Property Group exists because coordinating property work shouldn't be a full-time job for the person who already has one. Property managers were spending their days sourcing trades, re-explaining properties, and chasing status updates. We built JPG to absorb that entirely.
We coordinate turnovers, repairs, and ongoing maintenance across portfolios, holding the vendor relationships and the property history ourselves. JPG remembers the property so the property manager doesn't have to.
